Ryan made the East Central-East 10-year-old All-Star team so we traveled to Ellicott last weekend for some "hot" baseball action...and I do mean "hot!" At one point the thermometer in the car read 111 degrees. (That's too hot for baseball...or anything for that matter.) Ryan's team was made up of 10 year olds from the five teams in the Burlington / Stratton league. They had never played together as a team until this tournament...so it didn't go as well as we'd hoped. They lost their 1st game, won the 2nd and lost the 3rd. I think the experience was good for Ryan and he did a really good job. I'm really proud of
him! (I'm also really glad baseball season is finally over!) :-)
