Tonight Tyler wrestled in Cheyenne Wells. He went out and pinned his first guy and then got pinned by a guy that was about 6' tall the second round. Those tall guys really have the advantage! Tyler looked good though. He really listened to his coaches and put some good moves on the first guy. It's so fun to see him win! He goes back to Cheyenne Wells on Tuesday for another Tournament.
On the way home from Cheyenne Wells, Ryan decided he wants to give wrestling a try this year too. So, we scrambled to pick up Tyler, ran home to get Ryan's singlet on and made it just in time for Ryan to hit the mat with the other pee-wee wrestlers. For going in cold - he did a pretty good job!
Ya know...I've always thought of us as a basketball family...now I'm beginning to think that this wrestling thing isn't so bad. Who would have thought!?
