We had such a fun weekend! We all (me, Tyler, Ryan, Mom, Dad, Jeff, Tammy, McKenna, Kately, Kyron, and of course, Brynna) all went to Colorado Springs to watch Ryan compete in the Nuggets' Skills Challenge. We went up on Saturday and shopped and ate at Mimi's. It was really good! We went back to the hotel where there was a really big water slide but the pool was about the size of a puddle. Somehow the kids managed to find a way to have a great time. At the competition on Sunday, Ryan did a great job! On the passing drill he scored a perfect 90 making 3 of 3 accurate passes. He completed the dribbling drill in 12.57 seconds which gave him 110 more points and then in the shooting drill he scored 45 points. He ended up in 2nd place. We were all VERY proud of him! I'm not sure how many points the kid who took 1st beat him by, but I'm sure it wasn't much. He was really disappointed that he didn't get to advance to the Nuggets' game. Maybe next year!
